1x 30 min sacred opening ritual
where we plan together the desired outcomes for our journey and place the family into a quantum healing grid
18 x 60 min individualised healings
sessions alternating with family members that are shown to us as the priority that week. Children will receive distant healing support.
Every 4th week is for integration
1x 30 min closing ritual
Real time messaging for support as things come up within my availability.

Trina has over 25 years experience working with children and families. First as an early childhood educator then as a Kinesiologist, Quantum Healer, Kanika Somatic Trauma Release therapist and other practices in energy medicine.
She is an empathic mum of 3 amazing humans and a mentor to many.
Trina has extensive experience working with mothers and children using uniquely blended modalities with expertise in supporting clients with subconscious emotions and limiting beliefs, nervous system regulation, generational trauma, timeline therapy, neuro energetics, birth imprints and much more.
Trina is passionate about helping families build a foundation of harmony and alignment. Everything she has learnt and experienced has resulted in embodied practices and deep support for physical and spiritual embodiment.
